Theater Marquees

 

After a full day of touring, going to the movies and sitting for two hours is a perfect way to recharge your batteries.  Seek out those old cinemas on Main Street U.S.A. where you're guaranteed to see a good movie.  This is where the independents and the top-rated foreign movies are shown.  No Hollywood blockbusters here.  The theaters are simply too old and too small.

That the film is being played in an old historic building with worn velvet seats is part of the travel experience.  If you're really lucky, the theater will have an espresso machine and Belgian chocolate bars!
