Amazing Flying Saucer through the clouds captured over Oregon - Nov 28, 2012

A really amazing object what looks like a flying saucer was filmed over Oregon on November 28, 2012.

Lots of clouds did not deter the Gen 3 night vision scope from capturing this UFO moving silent in the night sky.

This image(enlarged and edited) clearly shows the outlines of the flying saucer. The question arises: "Is the object Man made or Extraterrestrial".
