Tarifa, Spain

How could we not go there?  Tarifa is the southern most point in continental Europe.  The Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea collide and Africa can be seen only 14 kilometers away.  It is one of those geographic must-do destinations like crossing the Arctic Circle or swimming in the Dead Sea.

We rented an apartment here for a week, and while my traveling companions windsurfed, I shopped.  (Of course!)  Found this silk jacket among all the beachwear shops.  Love, love, love.
